Our 2023 event is currently full. We are still accepting applications, but only for waitlist vendors who would replace already-approved vendors in the event that they cannot attend.


Immerse yourself in a delightful blend of cultural tradition and holiday cheer as a vendor at our 2nd annual German Christmas Market. The Amherst German Christmas Market is a volunteer-run, nonprofit event inspired by the enchanting “Weihnachtsmärkte”, outdoor Christmas markets that have been a staple of German tradition since the Middle Ages.

Last year, we welcomed an estimated 8,000-10,000 attendees, many of whom traveled from out-of-state to experience the unique fusion of foreign culture and Christmas fun. This year, we are going bigger and better!

Set to take place on Dec. 9, 2023, from 10:00am to 7:00pm (rain or shine), we will feature live musical performances, a visit from Santa Claus, stunning festive light displays, a bustling biergarten, and much more. Our market is a free, family-friendly event that warmly welcomes all to partake in the festivities.

As a vendor, you will not only contribute to the joyous holiday spirit but also have the opportunity to showcase your products or services to a diverse and enthusiastic crowd. Your participation will play a crucial role in making this community event a magical experience for all attendees.

Vendor Fees

Our 2023 Vendor Fees for this event are posted below. Please note that 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible for a $150 discount.

  • 10' x 10' Vendor Booth Space $180

    10' of frontage on the aisle. Tent(s) not included.

  • 20' x 10' Double Vendor Booth Space $360

    20' of frontage on the aisle. Tent(s) not included.

  • Food Truck Space $250

Application Approval

Please note that all vendor applications are subject to an approval process. During our vendor approval process, our dedicated volunteers carefully review each application to ensure that our market remains family-friendly, aligned with the German Christmas Market theme, and diverse in its offerings.

We strive to minimize overlap in the types of products or services offered by our vendors. However, please note that while we do our best, we cannot guarantee exclusive rights to sell any particular product.

As an applicant, you will be notified once your application has been reviewed and a decision has been made. Payment will only be processed upon approval of your application.
