Valicenti Pasta Farm is a working farm on over 10 acres in Hollis, NH growing ingredients to produce our amazing Farmstead Pasta Sauces, seasonal flavors of Gourmet Ravioli, unique Fresh Pasta and our family-style Ready-to-Cook Lasagna and Manicotti, all made in our commercial farm kitchen.
