I am looking forward to baking classic Schweizer Weihnachtsguetzli – Swiss Christmas Cookies – for the market! I’ll share my favorites- the walnut Baumnuss Guetzli, hazelnut Nüssstangli and glazed cinnamon Zimsterne cookies. I also hope to add a few German favorites that I saw at the Swiss Weinachtsmarkt such as little bags of the glazed gingerbread-spiced Magenbrot and Pfeffernüsse cookies with candied peel.
